i’m trying to shoot as many different genres of music as possible. i’ve shot hip-hop when el-p came through town. i’ve also shot folk (alison krauss, norah jones), punk (warped tour, edgefest), and hard rock (rollins band). i’m not sure what you’d clasify the yeah, yeah, yeahs as.

anywho, i’ve yet to shoot classic rock, until last friday. i headed out to cricket pavilion to shoot rush. those old guys can still rock. i was standing next to the speaker (hey, i’m young, i can take it), and they were louder than most bands i’ve seen. i wish i could’ve stayed for the entire show.

i should note two things here: 1) i was standing from pretty much the same place taking the photos because there was no room to move and 2) i started using flickr and will start pointing my photos from there.
