yeah, i know, i should be sleeping right now, but i’ve been pretty much thinking all day so i thought i’d hit you up with some of these late night quick hits:
• never break rule #1 at work: don’t date the people you work with.
• is it weird that i don’t use bookmarks while reading? i find it easier to just remember where about i was in the book, but usually i can just remember the page number. i refuse to dogear because it just shows disrespect to the author who spent the time writing the book.
• i think the end of the world is near… i think i’m getting too old for video games.
• i’ve lost 41.4 pounds in the last 22 weeks, but i can’t tell a difference.
• my hair must have been really shaggy because i just cut it really short and am now the talk of the office.
• should i shock them next by cutting off the beard?
• i really hate when i go to the grocery store and the person who rings me up never talks. i try to make small chit-chat in our few minutes together, but i usually get no response. i find that its usually the big chains like safeway that do that.
• i should do more shopping at trader joe’s. the people there are super cool.
• i find that thinking too much keeps me up late at night. i can’t sleep. i should have started do this a long time ago.
• one thing i have noticed from my weight loss is that i can’t stand to drink as much as i used to and usually get buzzed a lot quicker.
• maybe i should cut out the brew. not altogther, but just not go out every week.
• if i don’t do anything this weekend, i’m going to see a scanner darkly.
• i wish i were a better programmer.
• i like walking to work… even in the heat.
• i’d take my time walking to work if it were raining.
• i still think my raconteurs photos really sucked.
• i need to assert myself more.
• is it weird that every time i go to trader joe’s i end up buying a two cans of corn and a package of the microwaveable brown rice?
i think that’s it for now.
