instead of spending yesterday lounging around the apartment or chowing down on bbq at my buddy’s place, i trekked out to blockbuster desert sky… err.. cricket pavilion to shoot photos of the 2006 vans warped tour.

it was mainly punk rock bands who were against the establishment, the dubya, and the media. what’s funny is that most of them hammed it up for the camera, had huge booths selling expensive merch, and had profiles on myspace (owned by fox). i had a good time shooting this many bands, but i don’t think i’ll do another festival-style show that is on the blacktop jungle. click here to check out the photos.
