i am no longer lost.

i’m sitting at the tully’s coffee on 45th and brooklyn ave in the u-district. it is just after 5pm and the sun is completely down. to look outside, you’d think it was well after 7 or 8pm.

a litlte backgrond on tully’s: it is one of the major competitors for starbucks up here. tully’s and starbucks put their locations about a block or two from each no matter what part of the city they are in. they’re both set up the same, but tully’s has a couple of bookshelves that not only has books by michael crichton, lee iacocca, and larry mcmurty, but they also have some jigsaw puzzles and board games. one you get here, they don’t want you to leave.

the coffee is decent at best, but the employees make it pleasant to be here. they’re really friendly and easy going.

i should also note that the wifi here isn’t free, but i am able to leech off the free seattle city wifi along with about four other open networks around here.
